Members can't see a few stuffs

Hi

I'm using Shift skin but I have a problem, members can't see notifications bell, message button, Log out button and their Username to access UserCP.Tried to make a new account and when I change the group to admin I am able to see them...tried to dig on permission but couldn't find an answer.
