A suggestion, check for crashdump files for Snagit.

OS: Win2012R2 STD

Snagit: 12

Directory of c:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\TechSmith\Snagit\CrashDumps

..can the current version be configured to include del *.dmp in the location above?
