Window controls take effect on mouse-down instead of mouse-up

CCleaner 5.01, just like 5.00, has an issue with the window controls (minimize, maximize/restore, close) whereby those actions occur on the mouse-down click event rather than mouse-up, which feels extremely unnatural.
