Userpane in announcements not formated

So basically the userpane inside of my announcements is showning up as if there where no changes made to it. If anyone else has had this problem or knows how to fix it that would be very helpful

Alright this can be closed I have fixed it. For anyone else that has this problem just look over your UserPaneInfo coding and make sure that you don't have anything repeated but if you do it will pull the default UserPane out without any customizations.
