Ran ccleaner and now FB posts are blocked

I ran ccleaner for second time only and now I can't post to facebook. It says temporarily blocked and posts text all over my page.

Please help asap. I guess I can't trust this software. This is a brand new computer and now it is screwed up by ccleaner
