ips content not working with javascript

I'm trying to get a video to work on my site. I looked into using JavaScript with ips content and it says to upload a file to the ftp. I thought a site with a js file would work the same. These are the ways I've tried.

Is there something I'm doing wrong because none of these ways have worked.
