ArrowChat not working - Error: User ID is not set - IP.Board v3.4.7

Hi,

I installed Arrowchat v1.7.2 after purchasing it from ArrowChat on my IP.Board v3.4.7. The installation went fine as per documentation and setup procedure, however after logging into the Forum, the chat bar does not appear, instead a yellow triangle (showing to login/register) is there. I tried various options to tweak it but no luck.

Attached is the debug screenshot, showing: The User ID is not set.
