Really need help please?

I am currently asking for help on how can i transfer my members from my recent database to my newer database through the PHPmyadmin because i am currently running the same software but i keep having issues with it so i decided to try and make another ftp account, And try to see if i can see what the issue is. And now that i installed IPB over i am not having whitepages everytime i install a hook that supports 3.4.x, So i was wondering how can i get my members from my latest database to another database using PHPmyadmin instead of install the same backup of IPB 3.4.x
