New column "Age" in the section Tool/Startup

Hello,

Normally there are a lot items in the section Tool/Startup and is hard  found esay and fast new (bad) entrys.

 

I suggest a new column "Age" (like the attached) managed from the user with the button "Mark as old"

 

I hope clear..if not pls tell me!
