CCleaner won't run after first start?

Hi, I have a Windows 8.1 machine with a FX-8320 and a EVGA GTX 750 with 8GB of RAM. If I install CCleaner, then close it through 'exit' on the hidden icons menu in the right corner, then try running it, nothing happens. I do NOT have a antivirus installed. No errors, nothing in task manager.
