Support for Automatic Topic Close

Hi,

I have one question. I am using IPB version 3.4.6, and i have a little question. I want to set my platform to close topics who are posted in cattegory x, after a time, for example 10 minutes. And, after that 10 minutes, only the allowed groups to be able to post on that topic. What are the settings, or, how is called the hook who do this?
