topic view format

Hello everyone, I've been working on making a xbox gamercard for the Topic View Format? on custom profile fields, and I've got the code working, I just need to size the image down or something, here is an example http://ift.tt/VXGvKz see how much the image hangs into the actual topic? is there anyway to size it down? And I can't go and size the image its self down, because it is on a different site, here is the code I currently have to make the image. or maybe even make the whole profile thing move more to the left to make it all fit?
